We advise extensively on private equity work from assisting with the establishment and structuring of private equity funds (including venture capital, mezzanine, wholesale), both onshore and offshore, to the management and exit mechanisms for investors. We advise the general partners, limited partners or sophisticated investors, promoters, management companies and investment advisors or fund managers in private funds, and liase with the relevant authorities for registration or licensing issues relating to the set up of funds. We also advise on the establishment of unit trusts and REITs.
