Wei Min is the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. She is part of the firm’s corporate and private equity/funds practice as well as its private wealth practice. She advises extensively on cross-border mergers and acquisitions in various sectors, private equity and fund establishment and structuring, both onshore and offshore, as well as regulatory issues surrounding fund structures. She was instrumental in leading the firm’s engagement with the Labuan Financial Services Authority in its law reform work in 2007 to 2010 resulting in its current laws today. She also advises extensively on private wealth matters, including the set up of trusts and foundations.

In her current role, Wei Min also provides operational oversight for the firm, working closely with partners and lawyers to further develop their respective practices, practice efficiencies and new practice areas. She guides business strategy and leads client initiatives to ensure alignment with the firm’s long-term goals.
