Vivienne Caitlin Michael

Vivienne is Senior Associate with the Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice group at Zaid Ibrahim & Co. Her primary practice area is within the fintech and technology sector, where she advises payment service providers and financial institutions on the laws and regulations relating to payment systems, financial services, digital assets, securities and anti-money laundering laws. Her work in this practice area also involves reviewing internal policies to identify compliance gaps and drafting commercial contracts.

Vivienne also has experience advising on the laws and regulations governing the telecommunications industry and has been involved in several noteworthy transactions in this area. She also advises social media and e-commerce platform providers on content laws, data privacy laws and e-commerce laws.
