Patricia Chia Yi Chuan

Patricia advises domestic and international investors on property acquisitions, disposals, sale and leaseback, leases and tenancies. Patricia has advised on property transactions involving mixed developments, shopping malls, office blocks, serviced apartments and factories. Patricia also advises on general banking matters particularly in corporate loans, trade financing and Islamic financing.

Patricia began her career as a pupil with Messrs Skrine, Kuala Lumpur in 2005. She then chambered with Messrs Lawrence Chai & Peter Soong, Sabah. Prior to joining Zaid Ibrahim & Co, Penang in 2012, Patricia was previously with Zaid Ibrahim & Co, Kuala Lumpur whereby her area of practice was mainly on debt capital markets transactions and syndicated loans.
