Nur Atiqah Eliana Ahmad Ridzwan

Atiqah’s main areas of practice include employment and industrial relations, encompassing both corporate advisory and litigious matters. She assists in advising clients on various employment-related issues, including disciplinary actions, termination of employment, and compliance with statutory obligations. Her work also includes drafting pleadings, legal submissions, and other court documents, as well as conducting due diligence exercises and reviewing employment contracts and policies. She regularly supports the team in handling matters before the Industrial Court and High Court, as well as advising corporate clients on workforce management and restructuring exercises.

Career

Atiqah joined Zaid Ibrahim & Co. as a Trainee Associate in 2024 and was subsequently retained as an Associate upon completion of her pupillage. Prior to joining Zaid Ibrahim & Co., she gained in-house experience at a government-linked company, where she assisted in corporate and legal matters for a year.
