Tatt King has extensive experience in advising companies, banks and financial institutions on the whole range of corporate, commercial and banking transactions. Tatt King has advised on structuring and documenting of corporate loans, syndications and participations, secured and unsecured lending, export finance, structured trade finance, asset finance, convertible loan stock issues and derivatives. He has a particular interest in aviation finance and leasing. He has also served as the firm’s contact partner with the Aviation Working Group (AWG) and with the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) for many years. In addition, Tatt King also advises on licensing, regulatory and compliance issues, with emphasis on the financial services industry.
