She advises local and international clients on regulatory and transactional matters, including corporate advisory and mergers and acquisitions. Her practice covers fintech-related matters, with experience in payment systems and electronic money advisory. She also advises on personal data protection compliance, including data breach management, as well as licensing and regulatory matters under the Communications and Multimedia Act. In addition, Hana has experience advising on gaming laws and other regulated industries.
