Our firm has a long history in regulatory reform work at both domestic and international levels and have advised various national and international organisations on a wide range of legal instruments.

Stakeholder Engagement

We advise private sector corporates in change of law and policy. This work ranges from advocacy for consequential changes to regulatory issues resulting from such change.

Legal and Compliance Audits

We advise on statutory compliance under the relevant laws that govern specific public sector ministries or agencies. We also assist ministries or agencies in promoting regulatory reform.

Corporate Governance

We advise on corporate governance particularly for Government Linked Companies (GLC) statutory bodies in complying with best practice and leading industry standards.

As part of our public policy and regulatory policy work, we advise on the ‘end-to-end’ regulatory reform process including conduct feasibility studies, Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA), policy approval, legal drafting, and implementation work. In-depth understanding of policy intent and experience in working with regulators give us an edge in advising our clients on a diverse set of sectors, ranging from transport, utilities, and environment to contemporary issues such as data centers, EV and AI.
