Stanley Lee Wai Jin

Stanley is a Senior Associate with the Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice group at Zaid Ibrahim & Co.

Stanley has experience representing and advising clients in various corporate and commercial matters including intellectual property, franchise registration, personal data protection, telecommunications, media, technology and competition law. He has advised clients from different industries, including consumer products, pharmaceutical, retail, luxury goods, food & beverage, automotive, hospitality, information technology and service providers that are based in multiple jurisdictions around the world. He has participated in anti-counterfeiting and enforcement programmes for various brand owners.

Stanley also has litigation experience and has represented clients in a number of litigation cases in the High Court and appellate courts in Malaysia.

He is currently a registered trademark agent in Malaysia.
