Lee Jean

Jean advises local and foreign clients on corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, various corporate exercises, and joint-venture arrangements between several private limited and listed companies incorporated in Malaysia, Singapore, Europe and the People’s Republic of China.

Jean also has experience in conducting due diligence exercises and advising on the Malaysian laws and regulations governing the business operations of Malaysian listed companies and the Malaysian entities of foreign holding companies listed on the Singapore, Taiwan and the People’s Republic of China’s Stock Exchanges.
