Wei Min’s role is focused on solutions for the firm’s broad spectrum of clients by leveraging on the in depth expertise of the firm’s partners and the firm’s association with KPMG Law.

She specialises in cross border corporate and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, funds, fund establishments and regulatory compliance. She has extensive experience assisting clients doing business in the Labuan International Business and Financial Centre and was the lead counsel in the law reform exercise undertaken by the Labuan Financial Services Authority in 2007 which resulted in the current law today. She is also highly experienced in private client and trust advisory work involving trust, foundations and charities.

She was with the ZICO Law Network for 22 years in various roles in both legal and trust company business in Singapore, Malaysia and Labuan and has worked in numerous ASEAN and China cross border transactions. She is a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
